RESEARCH PROJECT ABOUT SECOND HAND CLOTHES


3ESO students have made a research about the use given to the second hand clothes we put into the containers. Students are really interested in clothes; this is the reason why a project like this has helped them to analyse and become aware of the responsibility we have in order to create responsible consumption and production.

A VEGETABLE GARDEN IN ABAD SOLA

 

Kindergarden students have worked during the whole course in a project about healthy life and sustainability. The project involved some of the SDGs, and it was focused on the vegetable garden we have at our school. With the help of their teachers, students have been responsible of growing the vegetables and keep the garden clean and take care of it. The second part of the project was focused on how to follow a healthy and sustainable diet.

MY FAVOURITE PLACE


There's only one planet and we should do our best to make it sustainable. To start with, it's important to be aware of how much we love our planet, in order to take care of it. This is the reason why students of 3ESO chose the best place in the world for them and explained to the rest of the class why they love this place: the memories this place bring to them or why they would like to visit it. It was a very interesting activity.

HOW TO BE SUSTAINABLE IN YOUR DAILY LIFE

 4th ESO students have made an activity about sustainability in the city. First, they have worked in teams, thinking about how to be sustainable in their daily life. Secondly, they have walked around the city taking pictures that showed sustainable places in the city. It's been a very interesting activity.

MEETING WITH WRITERS

 



3r ESO and 4th ESO students have attended the theatre for a meeting with Jordi Sierra i Fabra, a famous Spanish writer. In this meeting students have listened and shared with the writer their experiences about the books they have read, related to the SDG about peace, justice, human rights, quality          education and gender equality.

ON-LINE MEETING (MAY 2021)

El día 4 de mayo tuvimos un encuentro on-line con alumnado y profesorado de los cuatro centros implicados en el proyecto. 

Organizada por nuestros coordinadores austriacos, comenzamos todos juntos con un breve recordatorio de las bases de nuestro proyecto, y posteriormente se crearon unas salas virtuales en las que el alumnado de nuestro centro se mezcló con alumnado polaco, austriaco y danés, par conversar sobre diferentes cuestiones. El objetivo es que interactuaran, estuvieran en contacto y practicaran inglés.

Fue una experiencia muy interesante y gratificante.

Al final nos quedamos los profesores valorando la actividad y programando los siguientes pasos a dar en el proyecto.

Los alumnos de 3º de ESO han estudiado el tema de la sostenibilidad en el sector primario (agricultura, ganadería, pesca y silvicultura) y ha estado investigando sobre los efectos que sobre el medioambiente pueden tener estas actividades. Sus presentaciones son geniales.

VIRTUAL MURALS ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS

Como la pandemia nos hace difícil trabajar en grupo, el alumnado de 1ºde ESO ha realizado murales individuales reflejando los principales problemas medioambientales de nuestro mundo actual. Lo han hecho de forma virtual mediante una aplicación llamada "LINO". Os dejamos algunos ejemplos.


As the pandemic makes it difficult for us to work in groups, first-year secondary education students have made individual murals reflecting the main environmental problems of our world today. They have done it virtually through an application called "LINO". We leave you some examples.

3rd ESO for Women's Day: 

We have made a poster related to the important struggle for women's equality with the arrival of Women’s Day on March 8th. 



VISIT TO A THEATRE

Primary school students went to watch a play about plastic pollution. It was very interesting.
